How to locate local self defense classes in your area

In the following example, I'm going to show you how to quickly and easily find local self defense classes to attend in your area. Be assured that you will probable have to pay a small monthly membership fee when you enroll. Also, not all the dojo's teach the same self defense styles, or teach at the same level. It's wise to first attend a few classes at one dojo to make a assessment on if its really the right fit for you.

Back to the example, I'll pretend that i'm in San Antonio in the sunny state of California looking for a self defense class to attend.

All you need to do is to go to google and enter the words: "self defense classes" followed by the city you're in.

Example: self defense classes San Antonio

2 handy self defense techniques and 3 of the worst

As some of you know, it's possible to fend off an attacker with just a few self defense techniques. You don't need to know every move in a particular style be a victor. You only need to distract, disarm or disable and attacker to make a clean getaway. This can be done with a couple of moves, or with only one move in many cases.

Even Damian Ross of The Self Defense Company made a post on Facebook a while back that said that you only need 3 moves to defend yourself against an attack, I totally agree.

4 'must have' concealed self defense tools

A self defense tool or non lethal tactical weapon is used to increase the damage a hit causes an attacker. Receiving an unexpected blow from a concealed self defense tool will throw an attacker off guard and will make him think twice before continuing bothering you. Here are four 'must have' concealed non lethal tactical tools and what to expect from them.

1. The Self Defense Keychain Tool

The self defense keychain tool appears to be a normal key chain to the untrained eye but was in fact designed to be an effective non lethal self defense weapon. It's made from a hard durable compound, has very little weight and could easily be mastered within a couple of weeks. Here are two examples from youtube.
