Self defense training - 37 weak spots of an attacker

Knowing about the bodies weak spots can change a persons perspective from terrified to confident especially when they are under attack.


Here are 37 weak spots of an attacker (in no particular order)

Top of head (nerve)
Below hairline
Behind ear (mastoid)
Back of neck (nerve)
Under ear (nerve)
Jugular vein and carotid artery
Side of neck (nerve)
Sub clavicle
Collarbone
Arm Socket
Lumbar region
Lower ribs (floating fibs)
Kidney
Elbow socket ("funnybone")
Base of spine
Knee socket
Ankle
Over temple (nerve)
Bridge of nose (nerve)
Eyes
Upper lip (nerve)
Tip of chin (button)
Under jawbone
Adam's apple
Depression at base of neck
Under armpit
Fingers
Solar plexus
Hand
Wrist socket
Forearm (nerve)
Above hip (nerve)
Groin (nerve)
Kneecap
Chin (nerve)
Instep (nerve)

It's beneficial to know about the bodies weak spots regardless if your on the defensive or offensive. Not only do you know then where to focus your attack, but also which areas of your own body are most vulnerable.

I'm not going to go into too much detail about each weak spot I mentioned, just in-case a younger version of myself stumbles upon it and master it for the wrong purpose. However, if I get requests that convince me to, I might reconsider and teach you in more detail about these weak spots.
